I think any mediocre HC could have had a couple good seasons with that loaded roster.

Thats probably true also. But as nuch as i hated him i also put blame on AJ for minimizing the talent over the years. Coupled with some bad drafts.

Oh for sure. I said before the season started last year when the final cuts came thru that AJ should be fired just for having our backup LT being a UDFA rookie while Gaither was not even practicing.

Norv was not bad because he was horrible. He was bad because he was the epitome of mediocrity. And AJ trying to sell him as the end-all be-all was extremely insulting.
