Ingram has a 14 million non-guaranteed contract this year. Its the last year of his contract. If he tears an ACL in camp, the Bolts can cut him and save a bunch of money.

I can't see him starting any practice till the end of camp (first day of regular season) when contracts for the final 53 are guaranteed. Or until his contract is guaranteed during training camp.
