RB depth? Veteran Theo Riddick was cut by the Raiders. He'd fit right in, a Notre Dame alum.

It was expected every team would carry three QBs due to COVID. The Chargers are, but about a third are only carrying two. Pitt has four on the roster.

Telesco has also selected a few from the surrounding Los Angeles area: Nwosu, Kelley, Tuerk, Quessenberry: that's more than the number of his selections from the entire SEC.

You think Groy is better than Pouncey? If he were better than any of our OGs including Quesenberry, he would be on the team.
Not sure what is up with Wahogho....but apparently he was deemed overrated by some here. I have no opinion of him but seems he isnt up to snuff. I also have no opinion of Tyree as ive no idea who he isso im not saying Prince isnt an upgrade, just that he doesnt seem to be as god as some thought.

Telesco goes by the scout we have in that area who he gets feedback from. That is why we draft players from ND. Apparently that scout isnt very good lol. Hopefully Alohi works out.
Rochelle has been ok but as Bosa's backup, he is a big drop off and isnt much of a pass rusher.

Is there a statistic that breaks down college conferences and how they do in the NFL? Otherwise every team would just go with the SEC and the ACC.

No, you are right about players not panning out. But its almost comical that every year Telesco has to bring in a player from Notre Dame. And the success rate is iffy. Te'O was a trade up; Chris Watt was an outright bust.

Not sure what he sees in them but I do think there is a bias there as he has connections or his scouting team has connections there.

TT was apparently more traumatized by Fluker than we thought. No big SEC pick or OL pick in the 1st round since.

Jolt.... that would be my TopCatlike response to your query re: Groy over Pouncey.... have never thought Pouncey was a good call health wise, and didn't think he shoulda been resigned, and....

ready to move on, as and of course.... had us drafting centers both of the last two drafts.

Tend to agree but they say he is ready to go. We will need a OC in the next draft.
Just don't think Groy was worth keeping as we have Quesenberry to replace Pouncey.
