Just an opinion... we didn't need a post game thread last week, and was kind of hoping we didn't need another one on top of a game day thread. The GDT is good enough for a post game thread.

I would have loved to eat crow today. But I didn’t see us winning. I felt that we could keep it close for three quarters but would falter after that. So I was surprised it even went to OT.

Still sounds pretty close. And you have to take into consideration handing the rock to Mahomes, one of the best in the business at game-winning drives, AND putting your gassed defense back in and letting them get gassed even more...Lynn should have had Herbie fake to Ekkie or Kelley inside, then Herbie scrambles around the edge for an easy first...

No, it's real hard to merge threads. It's ok, just another thread to moderate. The GDT's have been traditionally kept separate, as emotions have been pretty high, and we had close it down once the game is over, but so far so good.

What do you mean? This was a victory today... we got to see a dogfight with the reigning SB champs and went toe to toe the very end. To me this is a victory for a better future!

Lynn discovered today that the chiefs have an insanely good kicker...he wont forget....

Pretty much correct. The victory was seeing our new quarterback play today.

The results after turtling up and punting was as predictable as the sun rising. Our defense was gassed, they had all the momentum and we go 3 and out and don’t get the ball back.

The lack of discipline on the repeated jumping offsides and no spy on Mahomes who scrambled for all of those first downs was the same old Chargers. At least I don’t have to listen to the whining about how it was Rivers fault.
