Clearly helmet to helmet on a defenseless receiver...if you watched the movie, "Concussion," you'd agree these types of hits need to stop...or else u end up like Junior Seau and many other ex-NFL players with brain damage...as to whether it should have been a penalty or an ejection, apparently the refs thought the hit must have been targeting...
