Ortmayer. Henning. Norv. Chill pill. Zero Super Bowl trophies. Nepotism in the front office. I'm a bitter fan.
How long have you been a Charger fan? Have you not lived through the Craig Whelihan and Lyan Reaf days? To me we are 8-6 which isnt exactly chump change. We knew our depth was a bit poor and frankly losing 3 starter OL is going to impact any club, plus playing two of the top 5 teams in the league the last 2 weeks really should temper the suicidal thoughts. I know i want a superbowl but the odds were not really in our favor THIS year once we lost the OL in my opinion and our 2 top RBs. Our D is still a few players away to be very effective too but the secondary has been far improved with Flowers and when Verrett was back there was a huge plus.
I know better now than to dump on the Chargers....been through MUCH worse. We are still a team on the rise but with some major injury holes that affected us. We arent out of it yet but realistically i think we dont have the firepower to go far in the playoffs with our OL a bit of a shambles. Could change if we win the next two but i expect we split wins realistically and end up 9-7.

The past ten years has been pretty damn exciting despite some stupid stuff (AJ/Marty feud, Norv). IMO things have gone nothing but up since getting rid of Norv and letting John be more in charge of the football stuff. I certainly don't see them doing anything intentional to piss off their fanbase.
