But, what about game management, clock management, special teams?

"...Again, Coach Lynn and staff did a great job with Herbert.."

    We all know its coming...
Lynn did nothing but invite Justin to feel poorly about himself and undeserving of being our starting quarterback.... his is an incessant stream of negative reinforcement, blame and throwing his staff and players under the bus.... unless you're one of his guys.

he is not a match w/Justin Herbert, plain and simple.... he does not play Charger football, his personnel leanings have not been helpful, and he's getting less and less astute about handling his (football) biz (in public).

Who says he wouldn't get better if he actually had good special teams around him. He doesn't play in a vacuum! I'm still a member of the Badgely fan club!

        Today sure is fun.
Now, if you excuse me, I have some Charger memories to suppress.

His style of kicking over 45 yards requires him to have to really hook his attempts, like a frisbee flies.

Listening to the post game interviews it seems the players all like Badgley. They like him as a friend and they seem to be pulling for him. We've given up on him but the player haven't.

According to Lynn, Bosa did not suffer a concussion last night.

Badgley is ALMOST a good kicker.
He seems to hook everything. Surely that's a curable hiccup?
                I like the guy, too.
Shame he's not been given any proper coaching.

They should just let him sit out until the KC game. If we can't handle denver without him we need to go to the back of the bus and shit!

Until those misses.it look like he got back to making kicks.
Made all 2FG and 2XP vs Falcons including the game winner. and 3XP and 1FG vs Raiders up to that point for 8 straight makes. Then he missed those two.
Who has it better than us?

I “like” Badgely too. I was very excited in his first season to think we had solved the fg issue. Remember before he came in we went through about 4 guys. We are all rooting for him. But at a certain point reality has to set in and it sure looks like the reality is that Badgely is not the guy. Much as we like him.

I'm rewatching the game & I was just curious. Does the team provide Rayshawn Jenkins with a new jockstrap after he lost his in OT or does he have to buy his own?

I'd still like to see Badgley with a good coaching staff... bring in competition tho.. but good competition....
