I have an old Merriman jersey, and took the nameplate off of it. I'm kind of glad that I didn't switch it out.

Taking the nameplate off is a great idea. Gonna do that to quite a few of mine. Only the legends will keep the nameplate.

yep, and I bet Wright's agent benchmarked that in talks with the Chargers. No way I'd pay Wright that kind of $, but somebody probably will.
