He's picked off in Seattle territory later in the first quarter, and throws a pick-six at the end of the first half.
The greatest offense in NFL history is shutout for nearly three quarters, behind Manning's worst game of the season (5.7 YPA, 73.5 rating). The Denver offense, after scoring 37.9 PPG in the regular season, is humiliated in a 43-8 loss. It is easily the worst postseason offensive performance relative to regular season success in the Super Bowl Era, replacing Manning's 2004 Colts for that dishonor.

So... lets play a little game... No cheating.. Below I have 5 of, who I would consider to be, the all-time great playoff QB's. Bradshaw, Montana, Aikman, Elway and Brady. I also have Manning. I've omitted win loss records.. the game is... Find the Manning:
A> 355/651 54.53% 4964 yds (225/game) 27 TDs/21 INTs 79.7 rating
B> 460/734 62.67% 5772 (250/g) 45/21 95.6
C> 261/456 57.24% 3833 (201/g) 30/26 83.0
D> 598/935 63.96% 6800 (283/g) 38/24 88.5
E> 320/502 63.75% 3849 (240/g) 23/17 88.3
F> 623/1000 62.3% 6791 (251/g) 46/23 88.0

When Manning was fresh in the, before the whole Eli thing, I thought the Colts were going to be a dynasty with Manning leading the Charge. I was never a big fan of his, I just thought he was a great QB and I had a lot of respect for him. I made a bet with my buddy that Manning would win a Super Bowl within five years of being in he league, which I lost. Then the hate awoken.
Playoffs 2002, I was never a big gambler, but I had a buddy that was running a sports book at the time, so I made a few casual bets. I had turned $20 into $100 after a few successful bets and wanted to see if I could keep it going. I made a 4-team parlay bet, Atlanta over GB and the under, Jets over Indy and the over, which was 41.5 points. I hit every bet of the 4-teamer except the over for the NYJ-IND, by .5 points. Manning couldn't score ONE FUCKING PONT! Then the Eli thing happened and so did my eternal hatred for the Manning family. I've only bet with friends on games since too.
