We aren't going to have perennial All-Pros everywhere, not that HH was that to begin with. He just wanted to be paid as such. How can you say that? The Bolts didn't sign Cook to cut him. Unless they pick up someone else via FA, Cook is our starter at TE and Parham is #2. We may draft a TE in round 3 or later, and/or sign a UDFA or FA for dirt cheap for our #3 TE. Now, let's compare HH with Cook, and you tell me:

Who put up better TD numbers the past 2-3 years?
Which one is the bigger red zone threat?
Which one gained more yardage the past 3 years average?
Which of the two has a better average per catch?
Which of the two misses less games?
Which of the two is the better bargain, financially?

Yes, Cook is on the wrong side of 30, but last season he produced at a high level...check out the stats and compare with HH...we are getting a talented player for a bargain price...

I think HH’s production suffered after VG’s injury. He was forced to block and help the OL.
