Chargers officially cut OL Jeromey Clary from roster

Chargers offensive lineman Jeromey Clary announced his retirement in January. However, the Chargers finally removed him from the offseason roster with a failed physical designation, according to the NFL transaction wire.

Clary did not play during the 2014 season due to two hip surgeries.

Clary spent all nine of his NFL years with San Diego.

Interesting, when they retire, the team still has to cut them? Or maybe because he was injured and on PUP.
