As to QB, 100% correct. 20 years of focused RB-U taught any decent QB recruit to go elsewhere. Hoke need to change that. They won’t ever be PAC-12 as USC and UCLA have blocked them for 40 yrs and that will never change. But they have gone something like 8-2 (or close) in their last 10 games vs PAC-12 teams. Including beating the Pac12 champ this year. But yeah, they are a mid-major and thats just how it is
Yeah, they beat Utah and SDSU gets to plat UTSA in a bowl game. Whoop de doo.

Yeah, this was the game Rumph passed Fack.
        Nwosu turning it on, too.

        However…

The depth on that Bengal OL is worse than ours.
Our quarterback is a golden god.

I am back to OL double dip as top PON.

ps. will add, that again personally.... am ok w/Davis, but not so interested in the other names (that are most likely within our first round range)
As of now, I have 2nd round grades on Jermaine and Zion.

Linderbaum’s a fine player, but I have him graded the same as 5-6 other guys that are PON.

I have Wilson graded behind Jameson and Dotson as best ‘explosive play’ WR.

I think the top needs are starting CB, RT, RG and then RB depth.
They should be able to get that done next off season.
Who has it better than us?

I assume they will bring Oday back for one OG. Maybe sign or draft another plus Jaimes will have his redshirt year.
I'm actually pumped for free agency for us this time around.

I’m hoping to get Aboushi back as the starter at RG, but we need better depth behind him.

If we don’t get a better RB behind Ekeler, he won’t last a 17 game season.

anyone and of whom I am hoping that they become a Charger, and.... are not gonna make it to our slot round two.... is a round one prospect in my book, and....

nice work on Jameson/Dotson.... both appear to have solid intangibles/mindsets.

and think I have the OC rated higher than most in terms of need.... Linsley makes me uneasy, albeit he has been a solid this season to date.

#70 Trevor Penning Left Tackle game tape

Pro comparison: He looks like a 23-year old Bryan Bulaga to these eyes. He can mirror, slide, anchor, and makes it all look uncommonly easy.
