One of my favorite Chargers, and I love is homerism on the radio. IMO, another F-up by Chargers management.

As an analyst I thought he was good, but his surly attitude grated on me. I don't mind having a personality in the booth but I just think it was time to part ways with him.

He is a homer, but that's his role. Nonetheless, he comes across as a crotchety, angry guy to me.

I dont know, does Fouts come off as a homer? IMO not near as much as Hank does. I was never a Hank fan so it doesnt bother me much. Bothered me more that the Padres let Lietner go and kept that hack Mark Grant.

Hank is like that loud cousin at your family reunion. Nice guy, good intentions, but a bit overbearing (but not on purpose, it's just how he is). It's hard to listen to him for more than 5 minutes at a time, and you feel kind of bad about it but you just have to find an excuse to go do something else.

Fouts does not come off as a homer. He is not employed by the Chargers though.
