Alone in 1st place in the AFC West, despite having the worst kicker in the division.

Run totals for the season:

Washington - 126

Dallas - 198

K.C. - 186

Las Vegas - 48

Cleveland - 230

Run defense needs help, but this was a team win. Some splash plays allowed, but expected. The 4th down conversions were key to staying in the game. Seeing Joey Bosa dropping into coverage, that is a concept I didn't enjoy and one that needs polish. Still, Ek & Slayer putting the ball on the ground, and coming out with the win against the defense was damned impressive.

Great win, Charger fans.

For me, Verity is meh...75% career figgie % at East Carolina...kicked 90% two years ago, then regressed to 66% in 2020...not so hot...kind of like Bags...

Wait a daggum minute here - Canada has a Thanksgiving? Talk about glommers.

What a game - that is professional entertainment. Notes

- Herbert. Period
- Eke is supernatural
- Parham emerging big time
- KA is a different guy this year. Partial restoration in 4th Q
- Tranquil > White. Murray should compete with White for snaps when he returns
- DL is a weakness and it won’t be fixed this season. Staley will have to work around it
- Chubb is a beast but really bad tackling fundamentals most of the game for a pro squad
- Viz is a continual risk as long as he’s on the roster. Zero trust.
- Derwin is a monster but he got way too many tackles way past 5 yard gains. Bad defense in front of him
- Staley is THE MAN!
- over-stating one PI call is absurd. Plenty of other bad and missed calls all day long. Eat a bag of PI dicks.

I’ll have to think about more … what a game!

Holy fuck, what a final drive. Bad call on the PI but no team deserves a break more than ours.

Use a 5th round pick on a kicker if not able to poach one in free agency. So sick of being one of the worst in the kicking game
Props to Norton today but imagine the offense with top 15 right tackle.
Other top 3 priority: a run stopping DT and resigning Joseph without overpaying

I wanted to use one of our 6th or 7th rounders on a top college kicker, but NO...SOME people said that was a waste of a pick...well, how'd that work out for us?

He looked good in preseason and supposedly improved his technique under John Harbaugh (elite STs coach before becoming HC) and Justin Tucker.

To me that’s more than worth it to roll the dice.

Agree on nearly all points, if a player goes on the market that can play at the D-line position before the trade deadline, man, that would be enticing.
