Matt Williamson is a former scout for a reason.
I do think that Gordon is a year away from being a truely complete back, I do think he will fill the featured back role later in the season and be the big play runner he has lacked since LT was in his prime. And while he may not be a complete back, it's not like he is behind most college runners, they almost all need a lot of work in pass protection. But as WIlliamson points out in his own article, Woodhead is going to get plenty of work as the 3rd down guy (and some change of pace), plus I suspect Oliver will get a lot of work early, and I think he is a far better back then most people think. Both Oliver and Gordon have the instant speed and cutback ability to be great backs in our system.
