The San Diego Chargers recently voted for their 2015 team captains, which features three long time leaders and two elevated to the prestigious leadership position for the first time in their career. They include Philip Rivers and King Dunlap on offense, Eric Weddle and Corey Liuget on defense and Darrell Stuckey on special teams.

Each player was chosen for their unique ability to inspire, lead and motivate with their tireless work ethic, talent on the field and attitude in the locker room.

They said on 1090 that the captains Ghelkin listed were the captains for the preseason game and that the guys on the Chargers web site were the ones confused. They haven't voted the season captains yet.

I had heard a rumor that with Delmas out in Miami that his agent was trying to put together a trade.
