Actually he still hasn't regained feeling since the last surgery. It hasn't worsened it just still not back. This far out it may not ever fully come back. I had multilevel neck fusion over 2 years ago and I still have numbness. I can throw a football though ans so can Peyton. His arm strength is what seems to be dropping off. Everyone has a magical pitch count number. His will be here soon. He really dropped off late last year.
