Wonder how much will be left if Pipkins, Fox, Van Noy, Tranq, and Callahan are resigned with Feiler gone?

They'll have to be creative with the cap and make some uncomfortable decisions, most likely. We'll still need to allocate enough to sign the draft class.

I'd rather spend the money on resigning Fox and Van Noy - those guys have been coming up huge down the stretch.

I wouldn't mind if he brought the shade all the way down the face mask so we don't have to see those chiclets.

That's a Glass Half Empty sort of response! How were the Texans doing last year when they spanked us? Chargers don't care who they play, Coach Staley has them in the frame of mind going forward what matters most is how we play, not how they play!

Is he worth bringing back on a very team friendly deal to share the job with JT Smith? or draft a safety high?

Its not just who you play but when you play them. We lost to the Jags but the Jags got smoked by the Texans and the Lions. That was not the same team that beat the Chargers. The Titans were in 1st place when we played them and they were much healthier than they are now, the Dolphins have played much better against the Bills then they did against the Chargers.

The link and the point does not hold too much water once you look into it. It’s one of those things that look good from 30,000 feet but once you get close up it just starts to fall apart.

That’s a fair rationale. The guy that tweeted that is a big Charger fan so I guess he’s just putting it out there.

of course none of it matters. All that matters is how we perform in the post season.

That's your Debbie downers. We won the last 2 games by 3 scores, we didn't squeek out those wins which is what they should do to those teams.
Denver game should be closer. It's a division game and those are always close.

Those teams suck. Denver will be a good test because they played Chiefs closely 24-27 and Russ Wilson has something to prove.

Wilson knows if he can go out a winner over Chargers in the last game it will make his entire offseason 1000x better.

We showed the NFL how to beat Tua then he got concussed again. Tennessee QB was injured in our game and has been put on IR. Back up QB in Indy and Baker Mayfield a rental QB... Now how many times have you seen a back up QB carve up a Chargers defense? Now it doesn't mean much but the track is the right one. Beat the teams you should beat.
