How many teams with Elite QB'S are not perennial playoff teams?

We have one my fellow Bolt fans and the simple answer to my question is...Not Many... Not many teams w/Elite QB'S watch the PO'S from home.

We are not in the playoffs IMO because of leadership, which starts at the top. The former TBF blindly supported said leadership! Now, I'm fed up... Fed up with the LA expansion and our involvement, The GM who has really not done much to get us in the PO's, and at the HC... A dude who thinks he is Bill Belicheck, but doesn't have the wins to warrant the comparison.

I'll have to add that we not only have shit for leadership today, we've been saddled with this shit leadership since 1984. Even when things fell into place for us, somehow leadership allowed it to fall apart, and in both cases in the same fashion. I wonder if the Rooneys would have allowed their GM and HC to feud. No, they would've stepped in and stopped that shit, no I take it back, it would've never happened in the first place. Why, because they're leaders and they are respected.

I'm not ready to fire anyone yet because the problem is bigger than the performance of the GM and the HC. But their honeymoon is over, time to produce. But that's not the theme of this thread (I think).
