Prediction: Correct: Chargers CI fails miserably. Fail: Team stays in San Diego until their lease runs out in 2020. (without getting new deal done by then) . Sig Bet WIN: The Chargers will file for relocation on January 15.

The Chargers have a replacement for Johnnie Troutman on the 53-man roster.
San Diego has informed tackle Tyreek Burwell he'll be promoted from the practice squad, a source said Tuesday. The undrafted rookie initially began the year on the roster but, due to injuries elsewhere, was sent down to clear space. He'll help fortify an offensive line that saw three different starters exit Sunday's loss in Minnesota. Center-guard Michael Huey is being added to the practice squad in a corresponding move, per a source.
Left tackle King Dunlap (concussion), left guard Orlando Franklin (ankle) and center Chris Watt (groin) were sidelined.
The Chargers had been waiting on Troutman to recover from an Aug. 13 broken forearm. After three games, they decided they could wait no longer, placing the guard on season-ending injured reserve.
Huey spent training camp with the Chargers.
He was on the practice squad the first two games before being released last week.
Signing Burwell brings the team to 52 players on its 53-man roster. Another signing could be announced soon, possibly on Wednesday.
