Btw...the San Diego is still in operation and still at Seaforth. Great owner/operator (one of best in the fleet)...always leads the 3/4 fleet in pelagics.

When I was in town a couple of years ago I stopped by Seaforth. I think they kept the San Diego's name but it's a different boat. The one I worked on was a 75 footer and was the biggest they had at the time. The largest boat in the entire fleet then was Bruce Barnes' Qualifier 85 out of Fisherman's Landing. The San Diego I worked on would be about 50 years old now! It makes me feel good that I was lucky enough to work with some of the guys who are now considered legends in the San Diego sportfishing fleet. As I said, good times.

Sounds like it was a DNS issue. That would explain why it's working for some and not others, and why it never went down for Bolt-O. DNS resolves a domain name to an IP address. Basically tells your browser where to send requests if you're accessing thepowderblues.com. But the results are cached all over the place, so undesired query results sometimes stick for a bit. Should clear up for everyone soon if the root cause was fixed.
