Youth of this LBer unit and defense is showing its ugly side. I was worried about inside LBers, but past few games, OLBers have been terrible. They're pressing, losing discipline and not playing smart. Too many big plays: Runs, screens, happened because of over pursuit from OLBers or not holding position. These young players need to play together and not try to force things on their own.

I believe McCoy when he says they're working very hard. But they're churning energy right now. They need to mature and stay within themselves, develop faith in themselves, the system, and their teammates.
