I live in Texas, where everything is bigger. And this fall that will be all the more evident when the local team unveils their new video screens at Reliant Stadium, which will best that little thing up north of which Jerry is so proud. In fact, the Texans will have two screens bigger than Jerry's one. Bigger is better. But More & Bigger is wayyyyy better.

But just for comparison's sake, I saw this interesting graphic showing the different size screens at the various stadiums around the country.


By the way, Houston is in the running for the 2017 Super Bowl and Goodell has expressed concern about the age of Reliant Stadium. I mean, heck, it's 15 years old!

Yep, it's a pretty nice stadium. My only complaint is that they rarely open the roof. We have beautiful falls down here and frequently Sundays are gorgeous. But they leave the roof closed to "increase the volume." Then wtf is the point of a roof that can be opened?

I also hear that unlike JerryWorld they are going to put the big screens in the endzones so they arent suspended over the field, which IMO was incredibly distracting. its so huge and is right in your line of sight such that "it's the main event." The little ants running around down below are incidental. I think the EZ route will probably make for a better experience.
