The answer is yes.

Right now, if all they lose from here in on out is @KC, @Den and @Oak they finish 7-9. There is a chance that the last game @Den is meaningless for them.

I'm confident that the last 4 or 5 games won't be meaningful.

I think Addae will probably get a letter in his locker later this week. I think the hit was borderline legal, but what caught the official's eye was that he "launched" into the receiver trying to dislodge the ball, without using his arms to get to the ball. If he had attempted to wrap up, probably not a penalty. If it were college, he'd be lost for a full 4 quarters including the next game for "Targeting", which is good for obvious intentional hits in the head and neck area, but a shoulder-to-shoulder hit is on the borderline for that call. (and I do think its called a little too much for borderline hits).

They need smarter players, especially on defense. The Steve Williams PI was as boneheaded as you can get.
