POLL: Should We Keep Bandy and Send Rountree to the PS?

I think the most dangerous position in football are the crazy punt and kick return special team units. Most likely to be injured of any position is probably the kick returner or punt returner. I remember how terrible the Chargers were last year under these coahes until the team got serious and signed Roberts.

Now the team signed an experienced specialist returnet in Andre Carter. A kick and punt returner touches the actual ball as much as 10 times a game. That makes him as important as a top QB, WR, or RB. Do the Chargers keep backups for these players that actually touch the ball? Yes of course. But the ST returner doesn't need a backup? The best sure handed backup to Carter is Bandy. Who also can backup other positions too. If they cut Bandy these coaches are stupid.

But when I look at last year and realize how terrible this team was until they realized ST returners who touch the actual football pribably 10 times a game are important like Roberts was, please coaches show me some improvement in understanding the game.

Now they have Carter but see no value in a backup like Bandy? We will see if these coaches have learned anything soon.

Good point Action...Bandy is our backup returner...an unheralded but important position on the team...
