I can't see Wiz being brought back to replace Reich midseason as the OC, but I do see that as an opportunity to bring him back as a consultant. I really doubt it, as his kids are in the middle of the school year, and I think the reason why he took this job for 'quality of life' vs. the potential of the team (say Detroit).

Evidently, they thought they'd be better. But I'm not sure many did.
I do not think we see any coaches canned, until after the season. Then, well, it's going to be a lot of wait and see. (unless of course, the team loses out, and goes 2-14 or something.)
If they are serious about moving, I can see a new staff being brought in to generate excitement. Either way, it stinks having a terrible team, and I don't like it.Life is too short to drink cheap beer

Smith was touted as the consensus #1 pick. I'm just saying to use this as a reason to pass on Nolan is questionable, there are a lot of other reasons out there to pass on him (like he's a lousy head coach and apparently a mediocre LB coach too), and besides, even if he became HC he really wouldn't have input into player acquisitions.
