Man, another horrible roughing the passer call. Burrow holds the ball too long as he typically does and then throws it away a split second before the Saints defender clobbers him with a perfectly legal, but hard hit. The ref sees a hard hit on a QB and has the kneejerk reaction to throw the flag--just awful.

And the penalty sets up CIN for a TD, so it was a potentially game altering call.
