Here's a nugget, and I swear it is true.

At the Two Minute Warning, LVR faced 4th and one from their own 34 yard line.

During the long pause, I thought, if LVR goes for it here, they WILL get the first down (ala Staley) and the game will be over.

4th down decision bot said likewise, very strongly in favor, creating a +4.2 likelihood of winning.

LVR punted to LAR two yard line--the rest is history--LVR hopes for a late season playoff run 2 years in a row--are extinguished.

Richard Sherman roasted the Raiders DC for playing press man at the end when they only needed to keep the Rams out of the end zone.

You just know Sherman has little sympathy for LAR...and great respect for Adams (route running, not telegraphing passes about to arrive, etc). He was just speaking football truth.

+4.2 is rare, even the most analytic skeptic has to reconsider.

unless my defense is horrible or very tired

One thing the Rams have that the Chargers don't is a CB like Jalen Ramsey who could stay with Davante Adams. Adams had a respectable game, 3 catches for 71 yds, but he scored no TDs. JC Jackson was **supposed** to be that CB for the Chargers.

My feels in real time was that Josh Jacobs would have made the first down.

The TD that cut it to 10-16 was assisted by the offside by Ferrell on the punt. Then Tillery did him one better and assist on the GW drive.
Pre and post snap penalties on both TD drives.
Both guys were 1st Rd picks. LOL.
Undisciplined and dumb gets you beat. Couldn't happen to a more deserving team....fk the faiders.

JC was so bad he was benched. This signing will hurt the chargers for multiple years to come. TT/Staley need to go.
