We watch this violent game and at least I think about it from time to time. The fact someone's life could end playing football is real. Now it really puts into perspective when a guy like Barry Sanders or Andrew Luck just quit and walk away.

Idk if tomorrow is enough time.
should consider postponing the entire league by a week.
let them be the only game sunday.
Maybe skip probowl week to get back on schedule for superbowl.

I was thinking along the same lines, but I want to see him out of critical condition first before they make a move like that.

I’d assume you’re right - start right where it stopped, continued play. I’d think they try to play tomorrow. Wed-Sunday is the same as Sun-Thurs, so they go one more day maybe but it puts both teams at a disadvantage next weekend.

wow. Seems like they got to him with CPR in time, hopefully. If the diagnosis here is correct, he should be ok. Prayers …

This is a horrible and seemingly unprecedented situation in the NFL, but that’s probably too big a disruption to the schedule. I think playing it tomorrow might be the only realistic option.

              Agree,. ..
Injuries are real and take a toll and why I get a little worked up when some don't consider it being a reason when they play injured but not as well beforehand. Or expect them to be 100% brand new in the alloted weeks time coaches estimate and they aren't quite ready in that time.

Some here have had the injuries these guys get and they confirm......the shit hurts.

This kid Hamlin.....he could die and that's awful.

Or both teams can decide to forfeit.
                tie?

respect for coaches for banding together and leading their players.

I saw a tweet saying he’s been intubated. That is a very very bad situation

Game had a violent energy from the start. The Bengals tight end knocked #7 for the Bills out with a semi dirty play earlier.

That is not going to happen. As tragic as this has been for the player, a tie would hand the #1 seed to the Chiefs and neither head coach is going to accept that.

I have to think that publicly or privately neither coach gives a shit right now.
