Look at this game and tell me what Staley brings to our team? I'm talking from a strategy, scheme, actual coaching perspective.

Seriously. What does the guy add that we didn't already have with our prior coaches? 4th down gambles? Is that all we get from Staley? Is that the only "advantage"?

He has 3 quarters to prove to me that he is not a 2nd rate defensive coach.

He needs to make some adjustment here, or he never will.
