He might be dumb enough to show up. I mean, Deano won't walk on the field now.

Just a note, the Chargers page posts on my Facebook so I posted "This team has taken on the personality of it's ownership, soft and cowardly." Have something like 130 likes for that comment.

the chargers as a team has not had that many good/great teams, so majority of their alumni players (that would be well known) would be mostly unknown average guys.

So, should they be turned away or told they can't go out on the field? Been to numerous alumni games and heard names I barely or didn't recall. Saw a lot of guys using walkers and canes too. Maybe those "scrubs" left the game with little money and this is the one small honor they get from their time in the league.

Where was Kellen Winslow? Where was Leslie O'Neal?, Russ Washington? etc. etc. etc. I have no issue with Zeke Moreno being there. I'm pointing to a larger issue with the franchise and you seem preoccupied with a smaller one. It's pretty sad when we can't get a representative turnout of the team's all-timers. I look forward to the day when Rivers doesn't show but Jacoby Jones does.

I could easily give you a lengthy list of Pro Bowlers and guys that made significant contributions to good teams. But there are certainly plenty of Charlie Joneses.

Yeah, I was stoked to see Rolf there. Will always have a special place in my heart for not only overcoming his illness but in being a great kicker for us, esp kicking the game winner vs Miami in the best game of all time.
