Not likely, but who knows. The thing with something like this is that there are all kinds of things that go into a decision like Brown vs Pettis that we don't have access to. Who is Rivers more comfortable with? Who could pick up the offense quicker? Who is faster? A better route runner? A better blocker? A better clubhouse guy? We don't really know any of that. But as I said, both guys were out on the street in December so it's not like either would be anything to get excited about.

Yup. I'm not the best of fans, as you (and everyone else) knows. I've had one foot out the door on this team for a few years now, so this isn't THAT big a deal to me. But the saddest part of this whole affair is the affect the team's decisions have had on this board's many true fans. Really sux to watch this slow death thing happen to the guys here. You all deserve better.
