Yep, that is why some of the commentary about the coaching staff is way off mark. Lots of things you can critique but ignoring who is on the field at the end of this game is just utterly ignorant.

Please, we had Rivers throwing to Seyi Ajiroututu, Richard Goodman and Dontrelle Inman for a few years all behind a worst in league offensive line, and even with that lackluster talent, the offense looked more potent.

Defense played well enough to win. Offense didn’t. No run game at all. No receivers especially after Everett went out. Needed to make a move for a WR before the trade deadline.
