I thought he agreed it was a penalty, but the player should not have been ejected.

I don't think it was clear from his reaction. Dungy and other commentators all seemed to be disagreeing with the ejection without really taking a position on whether it was a penalty to start with.

I think they were all bullshit. It was a perfect example of a helmet-to-helmet hit. Exactly what the league says it's trying to get rid of.

I thought it was a quality decision. Let defenders know that the league is serious about reducing brain injury.
Anyway the A-Hole ran his mouth about his opinion of the ejection forever while a primetime football game was in play.
Major dereliction of duty on his part. Let's talk about the game - not your effing opinions of the rules. I had to shut the sound off.
I noticed that too. I think it was Collinsworth. If it was Tom Brady they will be over it. Double standard.

I thought our defense played their best game of the year last night. If we had all our WR's we would have won that game. However, with the injuries, we simply do not have an offense.

Agreed. It was awfully nice to see Lombardi put Bandy in motion all night and accomplish absolutely zero in the second half.
Chiefs won the Superbowl with 10 Rookies....

Jerry Attaochu earned more snaps. He should be ahead of the Pitt PS guy.

When Collinsworth starts talking about "intent" and all that crap...I just SMH...was it helmet to helmet or not? Yes. Penalty and ejection. Done.

I want something more this week other than the teams OWN practice squad players.
they have no choice at this point, sounds like both otito and christian are out for the year…I think Joseph gets signed in the next few days and then they promote gaziano to 63 man roster, that still leaves the chargers with only 5 bodies, so I expect them to bring another DT in to the PS to get him acclimated to the scheme.

If you pause right before the hit, you can see him look directly at Herbert and then drop his head, he DEFINITELY knew what he was doing. No doubt NY saw the same thing on replay.
