Tough loss, but I’ll take the Chargers with a healthy Mike will and Bosa come playoffs. And yes this team will make the playoffs, 5/5 right now is not that bad and yes look at the schedule they have very winnable games coming up. Staley keeps this team fighting we just need a little better execution and we get there. The season isn’t over yet.

Yep. It was obvious in the first half they would give the Bolts the flags when it mattered less and switch it around 2nd half.


Either way the offense blew it in the 2nd half again. They had ample opportunity

I think the D-line basically playing with 4 interior d-line guys the whole game was an issue, I’m curious to see how many plays davison played…

the offense does nothing in the second half until inside two minutes and doesn’t get the seven points going into the half from the 1 1/2 yard line

I think he had a decent game considering he was sacked the most in any game this year. Once again the D let us down. Lombardi trying to play ball control rather than stay aggressive.

On 3rd down KC pass went incomplete. Making it 4th and 4,. But refs threw a flag on Derwin for the same type of hold that KC got away with on Allen. As long as they call it the same I'm good. But they didn't. Refs calls completely favor KC on final possessions.

Playoffs means Staley, Lombardi and Telesco all stay around for the next two seasons.

At some point you just have to realize/accept that many, many sports franchises just don't have "it." Yeah they'll make the playoffs once in awhile, win a game or whatever, but they don't have the chops for consistent winning. When you realize the NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL etc are littered with teams like the Chargers...then yeah, it doesn't bother you anymore. We'll have a cool upset or come from behind win each year, maybe a playoff win here and there - that sort of marks the kind of "Super Bowl experience" we can expect as fans. It is what it is. enjoy the little things while we can.
