Dolphins score 9 or less points, all in kicking game. Chargers score over 24.

I'd like to see them win. But with all the injuries on defense it's going to be a tough game. The offense is going to have to carry the team. I look forward to seeing Herb operate with his full compliment of WRs and Linsley back under center.

I don't think it's a must-win though.

The Jets and Patriots are going to lose at least twice more each in their final games. If you look at their schedules you will see what I mean.

The Chargers are getting their offense back this week and next week their defense, hoping Bosa is able to play. Their final four games are against bad/fading teams. If they finish the season on a 4-0 run they will get in.

problem is its not about the players.... its about coaching(or lack of)...... our defense has sucked since day one when everyone was healthy..... they did not tackle in practice and they don't tackle in games.... our guys always try and tackle from the side or behind, no one squares up in front of a RB and stop them dead in their tracks.... watch 49ers, ravens, steelers..... they know how to tackle.....

Offense might be able to carry this team if the coaches would actually allow it..... they play super conservative until we are multiple scores behind, kind of like Marty used to do....
This season there has never been a game plan of trying to score 40 plus points?..... this year, the game plan is always to slow game down and burn up the clock(with runs, and dump offs) to artificially keep total score lower and give BOTH teams an equal chance to win it in the end, depending on who has ball last......
