Must be difficult for you to be so conflicted whether to root for the Chargers to win or lose. I don't have that conflict, I always want them to win no matter what.

Velo...there is no "conflict". I see positives in them winning AND losing. So basically I'm never disappointed. But I can imagine how painful the losses are for you. You have my sympathy.

When you enshrine yourself as the pessimist, always predicting the Chargers to lose it makes it pretty easy. When they win, you just say they got lucky and unless they win the SB you get to come back and say, "See I told you they suck and would lose" Its the oldest and most generic "fan" schtick in the game, every fan group has some of these and the more the team wins, the more agitated they get. Its actually quite amusing.

Find me a post where I said the win over the DOLPHINS was lucky. It wasn't. They earned it. Other wins, yes, lotsa luck involved.

But you brought up a good point: For me, anything short of a SB victory is a failed season. I've been through all the potential greatness years, the disappointing years, the 2-3 years they SHOULD have won the SB, and everything in between. And I'm not going to be satisfied until then actually win one. One Super Bowl. That's all I ask.

Chargers are terrible vs the run.
Titans have Derrick Herny.

Henry could go for 200 yards.

Chargers defense looked good vs Miami because Miami is a pass happy team.
Vs a run first team, the Chargers will struggle.

I'm hoping for a great game plan from the coaches. They did real good against Miami and gives me hope they maybe can do it on a regular basis.

Before this game Keenan Allen, Mike Williams and Josh Palmer had played just 46 snaps together. Now, add Gerald Everett contributing in the passing game, as well as Ekeler outside the tackles and now Joshua Kelley inside the tackles. With Herbert dealing, here's hoping that Coach Staley has another coaching performance up his sleeve and I hope that he does.

Not only did we have a good plan defensively but our time of possession was 40 minutes to 20. We should do the same thing to keep Henry off the field and wear down their defense.
