Pretty good one. Love Rivers for the person he is more than the talent he is on the field.
That was the first time I went to Chargers.com all season. Loved the interview with Hardwick as well.
In so many cities Rivers wouldn't get the respect he gets in San Diego. So many other cities are all a out championships and in San Diego we embrace the person first and their accolades second.
We live to root for the good guys like Gwynn, LT and Rivers. But we also embrace athletes like Malcolm Floyd & Will Veneble. Great guys that don't top the talent list.
The list is very long of players that we embrace and accept because they choose us over big big money many times over. -
