I don't see Staley sitting starters while the Chargers are still in position to improve their playoff seeding. And if all the healthy starters play in both games the Chargers will win both games. That is pretty much a no-brainer.

I just checked the weather in Jax, I could only see to the 14th, the day before the game, it's supposed to be mid 60s, mix of sun and clouds, no precip, minimal wind. Cincy's forecast for the 14th has snow showers, but barely freezing temps an minimal wind also.
