            I don't know if, or how much, the loss of Mike W will impact the effectiveness of the offense. But I feel the key to winning this game is going to be the defense. The D played so well in the four game stretch weeks 14-17, allowing an average of 11 points per game. Last week in Denver was an outlier given the circumstances.

            They key in JAX is to reduce the burden on Herbert and the offense by having the defense put a stranglehold on Lawrence and the Jaguars' offense.

            Last week the Titans' league-worst pass defense was able to accomplish this to some extent. Lawrence was not very effective; the Jags were trailing late, until a defensive score by JAX won the game.

            If the Titans' lowly pass D can do it, the Chargers' No. 7 pass D should be able to also.
