The Chargers always lose a sense of urgency and determination, either in the 2nd half of games or when they have a lead. Some HC’s have an intangible quality of personality that maintains a sense of determination and urgency among their team. The final score of this game should have been 40-27.

Chargers in the 1st round need to target WR Jordan Addison from USC. We need that Tyreke Hill. Effect and he provides that. And also think about trading up for Kijuan Robinson Texas running back. We need that home run hitter running back to take some off of Justin Herbert. Get that Ladanian Tomlinson bell cow. So we can see what this offense can really be.

Spanos is no Stan Kroenke in wealth is what I mean by broke and does not have the deep pockets to pay $20 mil a year for a head coach. Staley gets $1 mil a year and Spanos is not going to break the bank either - why ? No cash to fund that salary and support staff.
Further sister Dea Spanos Berbarian states the team needs to be sold to satisfy team debt and charitable contributions. In other words, the family financial dirty laundry says otherwise for funds. This was in a recent court lawsuit filing against her brother Dean Spanos.
You should read the lease as a Chargers renter. For big-ticket items – naming rights, personal seat licenses, fancy corporate suites – each team gets an 18.75 percent cut. Remainder goes toward construction which reads the Stadium Authority owned by - you guessed it Virginia - Stan Kroenke.

"This isn't O State anymore."
Why do officials get away with this lack of professionalism ?
It was a merely 5 year experienced referee from Michigan named Shawn Smith who taunted and baited Joey Bosa on the sequence that resulted in the Two Point Conversion.
It is wrong for officials to mess with players psychologically, most especially in the heat of games, and while they are making fateful, often inconsistent calls and non calls.
Joey has a point.
Let me add that both Joey and Keenan have behaved in a manner during this season which makes it seem like they are aware of cap implications, and think they might not be back.
I hope we can keep this all together.
Joey also commented about the constant bitching from this fanbase towards Staley. Yes it is a thing and it is counterproductive. Brandon is pouring his energy into making us champions. Don't take that for granted.
Go ahead and bitch some more.
Nobody can stop you.We play modern Harball.

The picks required to sign Sean Payton would set this team back 10 years.
No thanks.

With that said there is no way we are firing Staley and getting Payton.

Bosa IS a huge whiner (not entirely without cause), and this episode is NOT going to improve his standing with the referee community . . . .
