Agreed. Although, I have to think we won't come cheap (coordinator-wise). But he's probably still getting paid from Tenn, right? He'll be perfect.

Probably an offset. I think it will depend on Wiz's family situation, and moving to SoCal, somewhere. He took the Titan job for quality of life, vs. the best opportunity, otherwise he might have been coaching for Detroit. He might hate the idea of moving the clan to LA.

Concerning coaches who are still being paid by other teams, I asked my friend who coached why they just don't sit out a year if they're making the money anyway. He said it's because you have to be working at the team's facilities in order for payments to be made into your retirement. He said that can be a substantial amount.
