Linsley is pretty durable - he missed 5 of 35 games since he's been here if I counted correctly. I'd bet Clapp has the inside track due to his greater experience and C backup capability.

Clapp is a step down from Linsley. But I saw some goal line run blocking from him that impressed me. He got the job done. We might have to go more run heavy with him at C. We haven't seen Moore's influence on the blocking schemes yet, so hard to say . I vote Clapp #2 C this season.

Kendricks as a big brother...that'll work. Reads, angles, and coverage are areas to improve in. I know you are keen on not overlooking the LB position.

I agree for the most part sir. Linsley's back flareups have a way of derailing our offense. The smart money is on Clapp, yes. We need as close to seamless as possible in the pivot.

Jaimes and Clapp are competing for one roster spot. Linsley has durability concerns. Posting about what will probably happen, vs repeatedly putting down a player in a demeaning manner are different levels of takes.

Also not sure I’d call Jaimes a late bloomer quite yet, he is third string with new draft picks either already ahead of him or right there with him…time to step on up!

from what everyone is saying, JCJs recovery is "really fast" for his type of injury.
I understand he's eager to erase 2022 but hopefully he's patient too.
