    Officiating in the Jacksonville game

Hate to open a wound that's yet to heal, but,

Has anyone seen anything about fines or officiating in the Jacksonville game (Bosa)?

Usually when someone publically critisizes officials, the NFL is quick to fine.

Is it possible that the NFL is investigating?

Bosa was penalized for unsportsmanlike conduct twice during the loss to the Jaguars. As a result, the NFL fined Bosa a total of $55,546 for that and public criticism of officiating. The first flag came after he said something to an official.
Thank God for morons. Without them who would the rest of us have to blame things on?

There's always a couple of refs who have a bug up their ass regarding a certain team or player. Since it's the Chargers we're talking about, the NFL could care less.

Doubt it but it's needed, especially since the game was days after the release of a major article (forgot source) about how poor quality the refereeing was throughout the NFL.
Supposedly the NFL was considering having full time refs etc.

The refs were a shit show for that game. They should have been fined $55,000 each for it.

What an embarrassment for the NFL.

The refs did get destroyed on social media for it and all over the internet. Its something at least.

it was especially bad for a ref to run down bosa to flag him. it was as if he was taunting bosa for a flag. the helmet slamming was not a good look for bosa but a ref chasing down a player is a REALLY bad look for the NFL.

This specifically needs some official response, at the very least an NFL investigation to determine what happened, followed by corrective and/or disciplinary action.
especially with a history (alleged) of singling out Ohio state alumni players.

Optics are just bad. Luckily for the NFL, no one seems to care about us. God forbid this happened to Brady or Rodgers.

It's over. Nothing going to change that.

But usually playoff officials don't call ticky tacky stuff and let players play. Fewer offensive holdings, false starts, eh hem, defensive PIs etc. And I would expect them to have thicker skin if someone complains about a non call. Unless it is racial or something which has not been said is the case. I think that official was just being a jerk.

And Bosa needs to grow up. He is an all pro, supposedly elite player. Others on the team count on him and look up to him. Grow up. Be a professional.

It was very bizarre. It was bizarre. He chased a player. Bosa probably called him punk or something. Told him fuck you. But the way he chased him wasn’t for hey bad call.

im here for it sometimes it’s ridiculous with the refs. Brady gets all the calls and continues to ride the refs until he gets what he wants.

but I’ll say this. THE chargers have a ref problem.

all the Quarterbacks who get calls when it’s Pass rush on Quarterbacks. Roughing the Quarterback. Herbert never gets those calls. The Kansas City Chiefs game where he got assaulted was a joke. Broken rib.

cost us the season our quarterback was never the same. And not one call for him. But you want to protect Quarterbacks.

now the refs did give us a roughing the passer call in the game against the Jaguars on Travon Walker.

that’s on us. You gotta score on that.

Looking at the Laker game with the Celtics it’s amazing to me with the dirty Refs. How do these guys miss calls? How do these guys miss these calls?

Now Herbert just got shoulder surgery. That shit sucks when Refs take away wins. These dirty refs. Lots of dirty refs in sports impacting games. And it makes you wonder with all the easy online betting. Betting apps. Anybody can make a bet. Or anybody can have thier friends make a bet.
