F1 Mexican Grand Prix from last year drew record crowds, about 300,000 people on the 3 day event.. and yeah those F1 tickets are sure cheap. Poor mexicans they sure can afford an F1 ticket but won't be able to afford a ticket for that elite event called football.
Thats what Goodell saw... the fan base, the history, the F1 grand prix just made him go for it.
