IMO, Bosa and Mack have had to play too many snaps due to the lack of quality depth. Having Tuli get some meaningful snaps keeps both fresh and reduces the chance of injury.

      We'll see.

Transitioning to RG will not be easy. You are going to have to be patient with him.

If Linsley stays healthy, that will aid him greatly.
If Linsley gets injured & Clapp takes over, there will be big problems in the interior this year.

RG should be a cake walk compared to LT. I thought I read somewhere out of the 5 spots on the O line RG was least difficult.

I thought RG was played by Zion. Is Zion moving to LG?

Yup. He’ll join forces with Slater… that side will be the way to run.

Zion is moving to his natural position LG. Pip/Salyer/Linsey/Zion/Slater. That is going to be a damn fine O line.

The homer in me says it will be the best Chargers OL since the '06-'07 unit. The non homer in me thinks that too.

I have heard the same thing. I have also heard LG is the most important. That did not make a lot of sense to me, but I am no o-line expert. I would think LT, C, RT, then the guards in order of priority?

                      Different skill sets/somatotypes.
But ya, Salyer projects well to RG

Yup I heard a couple of talking heads claiming the same. I wonder who is the new Dielman.

Zion plays the position. We'll have to see about the attitude. "Dirty" Dielman played to the whistle and then some.
Zion is tough enough physically. Slater says it's a challenge staying ahead of him in the weight room.
I expect the entire OL to take a step up playing for Moore. They're not just potential anymore.
