I just don't like Rich Eisen. Don't know why but he grates on me. ESPN uses a female to do play by play for college games, I don't know her name but again, she annoys me. I wish they'd find her a job on some women's show.

Pretty sure that's Beth Mowens. If you think she sounds like Marv Albert?!? That's her!

Game Commentators....not sure I have one that bothers me.

So few are actually decent at it. Tony Romo seems to get it right most of the time.

Some of my personal annoyances:

* Cheering. If they're cheering for ONE team, that's unprofessional. If they're cheering for BOTH teams, that's stupid and insulting.

* Gushing, hyperbole, overamplifying, repeating a point.

* Getting cutesy and clever. Talking way too much. Trying to be entertainers, when the GAME itself is the entertainment.

Meredith was entertaining. Don't have a problem with that. Sometimes the game isn't entertaining. Certain teams I'm just not that interested in to watch, like on a Sunday or Monday night. .. but I do.

Jim Rome's pauses are hard to take. Same with Collinsworth's beating the narrative-of-the-day to death during game broadcasts, his podcast interviews are ok though.

Right...I suppose Rome got what he wanted...Everett ending the interview abruptly and got into a scuffle with him, and Rome got a lot of hits on his video clip...but ultimately, Rome showed a real lack of professionalism...cemented his rep for being a rude host...most probably making a lot of athletes gunshy about agreeing to an interview with him...in case u missed it, here it is:
