Nick Martin
Jeremy Cash
I'd be happy with
Reggie Ragland is a surprise. I read he had a medical flag, but shouldn't keep him from playing, just somehting to "keep an eye on" and since we have nobody on the team you'd want taking snaps behind Te'o and Perryman at ILB, he'd be a good pickup.
Su'a Cravens would be interesting.
Of course, since I love drafting Linemen. Andrew Billings, Chris Jones, Austin Johnson, Jonathan Bullard... I'd be super happy with too. But, thats probably a pipe dream with Bosa on board.

The Bolts from the Blue guys have been all over Chris Jones leading up to the draft, might be the best of the d-lineman out there.
Stick with the trenches! I would happy with Nick Martin (I know he may be a reach here but it is the biggest position of need and he will be very good), Hunter Henry, Cody Whitehair, or from the DL Jones, Reed or Billings. No on Robinson for me.
Maybe even trade back to mid-second?I'll ride the wave...where it takes me.

Personally, I can see how teams might give Martin a higher grade then Kelly, who went at 18 to Indy. There is not that much difference between them as players. Kelly went higher because of upside and coming from a better program. But his feet aren't nearly as good as Martin, and footwork is everything regardless of position. Power comes from the feet. Martin does need to learn to play a bit lower.

Im happy with a C, safety or maybe TE here at 2. Plenty are out there since we pick so early. I would trade back a few spaces for a 3 or 4 rounder if our cluster is big enough to grab a guy we want. Im ok with DL right now...maybe later on a pash rush specialist. C is biggest need now since we lack talent there.

The thing is, there are a lot of guys who could play C in this draft. Most of them are ranked in various websites as OG, but most of either played some C or could easily make the move. I think it could be a little like DT, the start of the 2nd round will probably see a run on other positions continue. WR, OT, CB, S .... meanwhile the DT and C stay on the board. There are a ton of them, teams are clearly filling needs, why else would all those WR have gone in the 1st.
I would love to get Martin, but the thing is, we can still get a C if we wait for a round or two. Same with DL. That may not be true of other positions. Not that there is any position we have to get someone at. I think if we had to, we could have gone in and played the season with who we had. We are looking to upgrade spots, so just going for the best guys out there is the best strategy.
That being said, I really like Martin. Great feet.

If TT thinks he is an immediate 10 year starter at our biggest position of need, I say you take him here, now. It's not a reach if you can land a guy that will be there for years. I really believe stability at the center position will do the most to improve this o-line and if you can solidify the position and get it out of the way then you take him and focus on your board/BPA the rest of the way.
That said...there are some really good players left out there...I'll ride the wave...where it takes me.

Whitehair has also worked out for teams at C and is rated by most boards as No.1 interior OL. I'd like to see Bolts grab him or one of the big active DT/NTs like Reed in Round 2. The teams ahead of SD have definite needs to fill elsewhere: CLE--QB or CB, TEN--CB or S, DAL--DE or QB; So SD should have chance to go best available again, like Round 1.
If SD grabs Myles Jack like a lot of pundits are predicting today, we'll know Bolts have done their homework on his medical issues and are confident. If they ignore Myles Jack on the board, we'll also know they have done their homework on him...Fighting for Carson...and Wilmington...ity:
