Officials called a good game.

Brady & Patty fanboy officials retired.

Mahomes had a "Hussey fit" because of a non call on a seemingly late tackle on him by Hutchinson.

So how will Joey/Khalil do ?

Andy Reid now has lost a game when having over 2 weeks to prepare for it.
Now they can linger in a loss for 10 days before going to Jax.

They could be 0-2 very easily. And Chicago in week #3 won't be a cakewalk for the Chiefs if Kelce either doesn't play or plays hurt. That would be cool.

Leaving on vacay this morning so I had to bail with it at 20 - 14 Chiefs. Two things after watching the highlights. Way to freaking GO Lions and way to freaking GO refs for FINALLY calling a false start penalty on Taylor. He was ahead of the snap count all night and NOTHING was called......Until it really mattered.

What a great way to start my trip.

Taylor should have had a dozen or more penalties if the game had been called legit. He cheated on every pass play without fail. They finally called him on the last drive when it got to 2nd and 20, i think, for the same thing he did all game long

Timing is eveeything.
With the game on the line, the officials did NOT give Mahomes the calls he always gets (Roughing, DPI...). Instead, they suddenly nailed the OTs.
It was just enough for DET to win.
