If it wasn't for the botched snap and Tua's INT to JCJ in the endzone...it would not have even been close.

The only thing we did well today was run the ball very well.

That was snapping the ball before Keenan finished his route, that's route discipline slipping by Keenan not coming to a full one second stop. Keenan's pre-snap sequencing was flawed, and he was flagged. Notice that on a following snap, they got the DB to bite on Keenan and it caused a foul. It balanced out.

In the last two games (Jax and Miami) the Chargers are +7 in turnover margin and have scored an average of 32 pts and are 0-2.

The defensive genius of Brandon Staley strikes again. Why, for the Love of Norv Turner, does this franchise have to wait for the off-season to make a move.

This guy ain't it and as unrealistic as it may be, a real franchise would Trey Lance this asshole. Time to let him deal with the smoke as he likes to say.....

I seem to remember a 3 man rush on a Miami 3rd down in the 4rth, that lead to Miami's game winning td.

Staley never even tried to adjust ... Charger defenders were making big plays and creating negative yardage the entire 2nd half;
but then a Miami receiver would find themselves all alone in the middle of the field the next play.

How do you not bring the house on taht 3rd down play -- make Tua make a quick play

49ers put Kenny Pickett on his ass hard the third play of the game. The Dolphins offense and the 49ers defense was the best coached football I saw all day long.

You have to start wondering if it matters one way or the other whose back there, unless you bring in Ray Lewis and Hali Ngata.

What matters is getting consistent pressure, QB hits and at least a few sacks. On the news they said that between them Bosa and Mack had zero pressures, zero QB hits and zero sacks - over 40 dropbacks . . . . . . . . . . . get ready for a miserable year if that's what +$40 mil gets us . . . . . . . Those guys cannot play like that if we expect to compete for a playoff spot.

I thought that our DB's (minus JCJ) played a decent game, particularly Davis, they made some plays. I'm not too concerned about the back end - I'm highly concerned about our ability to apply pressure. Don't forget Miami was without their best Olineman (Armstead) at LT. Still nothing. Bosa got handled singled up and repeatedly lost contain on his side, Mack made some good plays in the run game and set the edge OK but gave us little in the way of pass rush. It's what he looked like the last 5 games or so of last year . . . . . . . . . . . soooo much to work on on the defensive side of the ball.

At least it's just one game - and we're still tied with KC

Is there any doubt Brady wins with 1:48 left and two TO's and down by 2pts. Yes, Brady is best of all time but shouldn't a guy everyone wants to believe is Top 5 in the league deliver some kind of signature moment where the team actually wins.

It is not debatable at this point - he has yet to deliver in these circumstances. Three and Out in Jax with taking a sack and now a grounding and taking a sack.

As bad as Staley is (and, he is historically bad) Herbert has to deliver at some pount to warrant the continued insistence that he is one of the best in the league

Herbert has won a number of games with 2-min drives. Go back and review his games. Remember the Titans last season? Remember the Steelers in 2021? He has plenty of those. Herbert is not the problem.
